This coaching is designed to help you build a strong foundation through sleep, stress management, mindset work, and small, consistent habit changes. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by daily life, struggling to stay consistent with healthy habits, or navigating a health condition—this is where we reset the base and rebuild with intention. WHO IS THIS FOR? You're constantly on the go, always performing, but starting to feel the cracks. You’ve recently been diagnosed with a condition and want to take control of your health foundation. You're doing “all the right things” but still feel exhausted, unmotivated, or flat. You want accountability, clarity, and a strategy—not just advice. You’re open to exploring mind-body tools like yoga, guided meditation, and mindset work. You use health data (Whoop, Garmin, Oura) and want help interpreting & using it to optimise your energy. WHAT'S INCLUDED Initial Health & Life Assessment Personalised goal setting + habit stacking framework Education on sleep, stress, nutrition, movement, and mindset Education on understanding fluctuations of female hormones (if applicable) Support with interpreting your health data (WHOOP, Garmin, Oura etc.) Integrated sessions that may include coaching, talk therapy-style support, meditation or yoga. Homework between sessions (e.g. sleep/stress diary, reflective journaling, habit tracking) SESSION OPTIONS Weekly – for high accountability and momentum Fortnightly – for structured, consistent support Monthly – for lower maintenance check-ins and guidance
